A Calm Coastal Retreat
This two-bedroom, two-bath golf villa was completely reimagined by Nikki Grace Designs. Originally a dated property, the home was taken down to the studs and thoughtfully rebuilt to create a bright, relaxed coastal retreat overlooking the golf course and water beyond.
Our goal was to transform the space into the kind of effortless getaway that feels instantly calming the moment you walk in. Soft coastal tones, warm wood textures, layered lighting, and clean architectural details bring a sense of warmth and ease throughout the home.
After the renovation was complete, the new homeowner invited our team back to fully furnish and style the space. Every element from furniture and artwork to bedding, décor, and kitchen essentials was carefully selected to reflect the homeowner's personal style while maintaining the relaxed coastal atmosphere we envisioned for the home.
The result is a light-filled villa that feels both polished and approachable, the perfect place to unwind after a day on the course or enjoy a quiet weekend escape.
